Ingredients
BISCUITS: 1 (10 count) can Brookshire’s Texas Style Homestyle Biscuits
3/4 cup whipped cream cheese, room temperature
2 Tbs sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
LEMON GLAZE: 2 Tbs lemon juice
2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
Directions
  1. Open can of biscuits. Lay them flat on floured work surface. Using your hands or a rolling pin, flatten biscuits to four inches in diameter.
  2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Stir in the strawberries. Place 1 tablespoon of filling in middle of each biscuit. Fold up sides of each biscuit over the filling. Pinch corners of each side together to seal biscuit around filling. Spray muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Place biscuits in pan with pinched corners facing up. Bake at 400° F for 17 minutes or until biscuits are puffed and golden.
  3. To make glaze, whisk together lemon juice and powdered sugar until smooth. Drizzle over biscuits.
